SUSAN LANDER, LCSW, Psychotherapy can be a life altering tool in managing life’s ups and downs. As a Licensed Susan LanderClinical Psychotherapist I offer a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healing and well-being. Together we will work towards improving the quality of your life and achieving the goals you have set for yourself. I consider the therapist-client relationship to be of great importance to any successful treatment outcome. I am open, non-judgmental and empathetic. My goal is to help you understand what is getting in the way of your happiness and contentment.

Overcoming obstacles and moving through life’s challenges can be daunting – but you don’t have to do it alone. No matter what problems you are facing – depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, health crisis or family dysfunction – I can help you cope and work toward resolving these issues.

It’s time to create the life you deserve. Instead of thinking about making positive change, do it. I take a holistic approach to wellness, and know that in order to treat someone successfully it is imperative that the body, mind and spirit be functioning at optimum levels.

As the facilitator I bring emotional support, guided meditation and therapeutic counseling as well as healthy lifestyle advice.

Susan Lander was formerly a nutritionist, where she taught weight management classes and healthy living for Share (Self-help for breast and ovarian cancer survivors).
