Whatever your goals, all our programs are designed around wellness – meaning keeping the body healthy and well through nutrition on a daily basis. This is sometimes called making therapeutic lifestyle changes, which means living your life in a way that improves health every day.

Sometimes we’re just so busy, and we never realize that some of our dietary and daily habits have left us feeling zapped of energy. For example, we may be eating things that we’ve developed intolerances or allergies to, or that we’re not digesting properly. In addition, we may be eating things that don’t provide our body with the nutrients it is calling for. This, in turn, puts a burden on the body, depletes nutrients, and can cause fatigue, bloating, headaches, inflammation, and a host of other symptoms.

Stress can deplete our body of nutrients. Exercise can deplete our body of nutrients if we’ve got the wrong exercise program for our nutritional status or genetic make-up, or if we’re over-exercising. Lack of sleep can also deplete our body of nutrients. Excess weight, imbalanced hormones, digestive issues, blood sugar imbalances, health challenges, and so forth also have an impact on our nutritional status, and deplete nutrients.

Our wellness program addresses all of the above. Once our nutrient status has been replenished, we start to feel healthier and wellness occurs.

The goal of our wellness program is to impact your lifestyle (daily habits) so that your life is enhanced through nutrition, enabling you to live life fully with energy, and to increase your life span. See chart below.

The New England Journal of Medicine reported, “Not only do persons with better health habits survive longer, but in such persons, disability is postponed and compressed into fewer years at the end of life.” (N Eng J Med, 1998; 338:1035-41).

Our wellness programs are designed around our two-part program. Two consultations are needed. Follow-up visits may be recommended. Each consultation lasts 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
